| At Ghani we ensure production with comprehensive quality assurance from start of the production processes till the end of it. Ghani Glass guarantees that all international quality standards are met with at all levels of production at their plants, both containers and float glass. Professionally trained and expertly skilled quality control supervisors and managers are deployed to double check quality implementation at each phase. May it be quality standards related to operational systems, manufacturing practices, environment control or safety procedures, Ghani understands how important it is to adhere to these internationally required and accepted quality norms and how importantly these norms are graded by its customers. This is one of the major rationales that has contributed a lot towards the customers’ satisfaction and retention and has enabled Ghani to gain major export share from the region. The quality centered approach of Ghani is evident from the fact that the glass containers’ production facilities of Ghani were first to implement GMP (good manufacturing practices) standards certification, required by the pharmaceutical customers globally. Moreover, Ghani’s plants were amongst the pioneers to stick to ISO standards for environment protection and safety amongst the local manufacturers of the country. Efforts are underway to develop a state of the art clean room facility at the pharmaceutical glass containers manufacturing facilities of Ghani, which shall be another break through and will again be a pioneering step in the region. Nevertheless, the float glass manufacturing facility is also strictly following all relevant quality certifications as per the internationally accepted criteria of float glass production. The float glass being manufactured is according to the latest ASTM standards, producing internationally accepted glass for domestic, commercial and industrial usage. Float glass by Ghani had been declared as best suitable for tempering and value added glass procedures at the big five exhibition at Dubai. The facility also adheres to the latest quality control standards for environment control and maintains all safety levels within the plant and ensures a green environment by maintaining an emission free furnace. Strict following of international quality standards has enabled Ghani to have a strong grip on export of float glass to over 20 countries globally. |
