Mr. Zaid Ghani has become a member of the Board of Ghani Glass Limited on September 13, 2012. Currently, he is the Chairman of the Board of Ghani Glass Limited. He has graduated from University of the Punjab. He is also Director of Ghani Tiles (Pvt) Limited. He is also member of the Audit Committee and Human Resource & Remuneration (HR & R) Committee of Ghani Glass Limited. He is also Trustee of Ghani Roza tul Jannah Trust.

Mr. Imtiaz Ahmad Khan

Mr. Imtiaz Ahmad Khan is one of the founders of Ghani Glass Limited. His career spans over 30 years of corporate and industrial achievements. His vision led him to successfully establish and maintain the distinctive identification of Ghani Group of Industries. He has been serving as director and the Chief Executive Officer of Ghani Glass Limited, Ghani Foundation, Ghani Metal and Rubber Industries (Pvt) Limited and Ghani Group of Industries (Pvt) Limited. He is also Chairman of Ghani Value Glass Limited and Director of Ghani Group Services (Pvt) Limited and Ghani Ceramics Limited and a member of the board of trustees of Ghani Roza tul Jannah Trust.

In recognition of his outstanding and successful track record in the manufacturing industry of Pakistan, the Honorable Prime Minister of Islamic Republic of Pakistan bestowed him the award of “Best Businessman of the Year” for twice. Mr. Imtiaz Ahmad Khan has been awarded top 100 tax payers’ award from Government of Pakistan in 2014.

Mr. Imtiaz Ahmad Khan has been very actively engaged in some major philanthropic activities. He strongly believes in investing for the cause of promoting education, poverty alleviation and improving medical services for needy.

Mr. Anwaar Ahmad Khan

Mr. Anwaar Ahmad Khan is among the founder members of the Company. He has been serving as member of the Board of the Company since its incorporation. Currently he is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and director of the Company. Mr. Anwaar Ahmad Khan has more than 30 years’ experience of Glass, Mining, Textile and Automobile sectors.  Additionally, he is the Chief Executive Officer of Ghani Value Glass Limited, Globacore Metals Limited and Ghani Group Services (Pvt.) Limited. Besides he is also a member of the Board of Ghani Ceramics Limited, Ghani Taameraat (Pvt) Limited, Ghani Chromite Mines (Pvt) Limited, Anwaar Construction and Developers (Pvt) Limited, Ghani Accessories and Sanitary Fittings (Pvt) Limited, Ghani Group of Industries (Pvt) Limited, Ghani Technologies (Pvt) Limited, Makerwal Collieries Limited and Ghani Foundation and trustee of Ghani Roza Tul Jannah Trust.  He is also a member of the Human Resource & Remuneration (HR & R) Committee of Ghani Glass Limited.

Mr. Anwaar Ahmad khan was honored with top 100 taxpayer’s award from the government of Pakistan in 2014.

Mr. Aftab Ahmed Khan

Mr. Aftab Ahmed Khan is the Director and an active member of the Board of Ghani Glass Limited since its incorporation. Currently, he is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Being a successful industrialist, Mr. Aftab Ahmed Khan has a diversified experience of more than 30 years of Glass, Mining, Textile, Automobile and Ceramics sectors. He is also a member of the HR & R Committee of Ghani Value Glass Limited, Chief Executive Officer and director of Ghani Ceramics Limited, Ghani Accessories and Sanitary Fittings (Pvt) Limited, Ghani Tiles (Pvt) Limited, Ghani Taameraat (Pvt) Limited and Ghani Technologies (Pvt) Limited. Besides, he is also a member of the board of Ghani Group of Industries (Pvt) Limited, Ghani Value Glass Limited, Ghani Group Services (Pvt.) Limited and Ghani Chromite Mines (Pvt) Limited.

Mr. Aftab Ahmed Khan has been awarded top 100 tax payers’ award from Government of Pakistan in 2014.

Mrs. Reema Anwaar

Mrs. Reema Anwaar has served as director of Ghani Glass Limited from 2000 to 2008. She has also been serving as an alternate director from April 27, 2010 to October 13, 2011. Again, on December 13, 2014 she has been elected as director of the company.

Mr. Junaid Ghani has been serving as Director of the Company since 1999. He has a handsome experience of Marketing and Information Technology as he is serving as a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and head of IT Department of the company. Mr. Junaid Ghani is also a member of the Board of Ghani Ceramics Limited, Ghani Taameraat (Pvt) Limited, Ghani Technologies (Pvt) limited, Ghani Oil and Gas (Pvt) Limited and Ghani Accessories and Sanitary Fittings (Pvt) Limited and a member of the board of trustees of Ghani Roza tul Jannah Trust.

In 2013, Mr. Junaid Ghani became the certified director from Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance (PICG).

Mr. Jubair Ghani

Mr. Jubair Ghani has been a member of the board of Ghani Glass Ltd since 2008. He is currently the executive director of Ghani Glass Ltd and looking after the technical operations of the company. He is also the director of Ghani Value Glass Ltd, Ghani Foundation and Chief Executive Officer of Anwaar Construction and Developers (Pvt) Limited. He is also member of the Audit Committee and HR & R Committee of Ghani Value Glass Limited. 

In 2014 Mr. Jubair Ghani became the certified director from Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance (PICG).

Mr. Hamza Ghani

Mr. Hamza has been elected as a Non-Executive Director of Ghani Glass Limited on December 14, 2014. He became full time Executive Director on September 28, 2018. As an Executive Director, he is looking after all the areas of financial affairs, legal affairs and corporate affairs, procurements and PR affairs of Ghani Glass Limited.

Mr. Hamza is the Certified Director under the Listed Companies (Code of Corporate Governance) Regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan.

Mr. Hamza Ghani has done his O level from Aitcheson College, Lahore. Afterwards, he went abroad for higher education. He has done his foundation from City University, London and then did his B. Sc (Hons) in Accounting and Management from Brunel University, London.

He is also serving as the Director of Ghani Ceramics Limited and the Chief Executive Officer of Ghani Oil and Gas (Pvt) Limited.

Mr. Moeez Ghani

Mr. Moeez Ghani has been elected as director of Ghani Glass Limited on December 14, 2017. He is also director in Ghani Ceramics Limited, Ghani Tiles (Pvt) Limited, Ahmad Brothers Materials (Pvt.) Mr. Moeez Ghani has done his O level form Aitchison College. Afterwards, He went abroad for higher education. He has done his Bachelors in Business Administration from De Montfort University, UK in 2019. After completing Bachelors, Mr. Moeez has done his Master degree in Marketing from Kings College, London. Mr. Moeez is also a member of the board of Ahmad Brothers Materials (Pvt.) Limited.

Mr. Ibrahim Ghani
